An Accredited Exercise Physiologist is more than just a personal trainer!  A university trained health professional who specialises in managing chronic pain and disease, rehabilitation, exercise management for multiple conditions, clinical Pilates and prevention of injuries. 


Our Pilates sessions have a medical focus and are suitable for all ages.  We cater for the individual with our specialised 1 on 1 Clinical Pilates sessions which include reformer and matwork.  Our group Pilates sessions are small to allow for supervision of technique and personalised care and support. 


We are located in busy Templestowe Village.  Perfectly located around popular boutique clothing shops, hairdressers and restaurants.  We are in a brand new beautiful studio with the best fitness equipment including, treadmill, bike, rowing machine, resistance machines, free weights, foam rollers, Allegro 2 Reformer, Pilates mats, Pilates rings and balls and much more. 


We also offer home visits to the eastern suburbs surrounding Templestowe, including Doncaster, Lower Templestowe, East Doncaster, Warrandyte, Eltham, Donvale and Bulleen.
