Exercise Physiology
Exercise Physiology involves rehabilitation for chronic disease and injuries through exercise management. Be guided through an exercise program with a university trained health professional, who is accredited with ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia).
A full initial assessment is required to begin with to determine needs and goals, gain relevant medical background and assess functionality. Then an exercise program is designed specifically for the individual.
Exercise physiology involves looking at the body as a whole. We empower the client with the ultimate aim of self-management and living as pain free as possible. We can help with behaviour change and lifestyle modification, workplace health, as well as injury prevention.
